Question: Why do the shadow of a Tubelight is not sharp as filament bulbs ? Answer: The reason is simple Filament Bulb is a point source which emits the light in all direction                                                          <--O--> and as the light travels along the straight line path , if obstructed by an object it will cause shadow . the light that diffuse into the shadowed region is very small in this case. But the tubelight is a line source and if shadow is created by the light from one point then there is a chance that it my be diffused by the light from some other point of the same source and hence the shadows are not sharp as in the case of filament lamp. ...

Question : Do you know how the ants go in line ? Answer : Ants will travel together and will put an material in the pathway so that they don't get lost from their home . So the ants always on the trail of that material and hence the ants follow the same path will walking

Question : Why does the water in the Waterfall looks white even though water is a colorless fluid ?   Answer: A Surface appear white when all the colors get reflected from it's surface.In Waterfall the water droplets can be imagined that they are suspended in air. In general light enters a from a lighter medium to a denser medium it gets reflected by the surface and the rest is refracted . A straw in a glass of water appears to be bended because of the light refraction as shown in the below diagram. In Waterfall light suffers numerous reflection and refraction by the water drops and as a result more light is reflected,the light that is refracted at the top-layer in the water fall will eventually gets reflected at the next layer. And hence most of the light gets reflected and hence waterfall appears white.

Question : Hello do you know in  why the slash in the internet explorer address bar is slanting to the right while the one in the explorer the slash is slanting to the left ??? Answer : The Backslash "\" is inclined to the left and is found in the explorer as shown below C:\Program Files\VideoLAN and it indicates that the data is inside the computer that is in its own hard disk , whereas "/" is inclined to the right (outside) which is found in Internet explorer (Browsers) as shown below http://www.google.co.in/ which indicates the data which is available in it from internet and that is outside the system's memory.
